How do I access the bonuses?

 Is this for experienced professionals? I’m a recent graduate and don’t have much work experience.

As long as you have some work experience, including internships, volunteer work or student clubs, you'll benefit from this workshop. People of all experience levels have used the principles taught in this workshop.

What if I can't attend the event live? Will there be a recording?

We will record the workshop, our Q&A session and the hot seat session. The co-working session cannot be recorded. You'll have access to these replays for 3 months.

What happens during the Co-Working Session?

Following our Q&A session, we'll have dedicated writing time for 1 hour. We'll all be on Zoom and everyone will work on their résumés for accountability and support. You can turn off your camera if you want and everyone will be muted.  If at any point you feel stuck, you can raise your hand and Michele will help you.

How does the Hot Seat Session work?

I'll ask for volunteers who want to have their résumé reviewed on screen. I'll give you feedback on what you've put together so far, and will review as many as possible.

 I've done other group coaching or online training programs, and there were hundreds if not thousands of students. Do you limit enrollment to ensure that we get personalized help?

Résumé in a Day is limited to 35 participants so that Michele can still give you personal attention in a group setting. We've done online trainings where we felt like just a number and didn't have any support during these programs. That's EXACTLY why we cap enrollment.
